PICC KIDS

Programming for children is available in both services.

Drop off for children programing is in the PICC Kids Wing of the Worship Center.

PICC Kids - Nursery

PICC Kids Nursery is in our nursery & is available during the 10:30am service.

In PICC Kids Nursery we strive to show the love of Jesus to every baby & toddler entrusted to our care. These little ones are prayed over and lovingly cared for during their time in nursery while we sing, rock & play with them.

PICC Kids - PreSchool

PICC Kids Preschool is held in the PICC Kids Wing, for ages 3 (potty-trained) through kindergarten. We offer classes during the 10:30am service.

In PICC Kids Preschool we strive to create an environment that is safe and fun for your child. Our leaders bring Bible stories to life through age-appropriate activities and worship that will keep kids engaged. We want every kid to love God’s Word and grow closer to Him each week.

PICC Kids - Elementary

PICC Kids Elementary Children’s Church is held upstairs in the PICC Kids Wing and is available during the 10:30am service.

All 1st-5th graders, Kids will learn worship dances, make crafts, play fun games and learn about the life of Jesus!

Safety at PICC Kids

PICC utilizes a five-part safety system of MinistrySafe, the foremost leader in child sexual abuse prevention, that includes:

1) Awareness Training to teach staff members and volunteers to recognize grooming behaviors

2) Skillful Screening Process to train hiring and screening personnel to recognize high-risk responses

3) Policies and Procedures to balance ministry goals with the risks inherent in children’s programming

4) Background Checks to check for criminal records or past concerning behavior

5) Monitoring and Oversight to monitor supervision, training compliance and system accountability

All PICC staff members as well as volunteers serving in PICC Kids and PICC Student are required to pass a multi-point, in-depth background check and complete a sophisticated and comprehensive sexual abuse prevention training. We also use a check-in system for PICC Kids, providing parent and child matching, printed name tags and pick-up tags for child release from all classrooms. In addition, all areas of our children’s building are monitored to ensure only approved staff and volunteers and parents with checked-in children are allowed into the PICC Kids area.
