Staff Gallery

Don has served our church family for over 26 years.  He is passionate about reaching those who are far from God and seeing all believers become fully devoted followers of Jesus. He has been extremely happily married to Ginny for 37 years. They have 3 amazing sons, James (Jackie), Nathan, Daniel, and 1 amazing grandson Levi.

Ginny has served our church, alongside Don, for 26 years. She loves helping people find their place of significance and service at PICC. She loves to build and equip teams that create a welcoming atmosphere on our campus. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and working out.

JD joined the staff February 2021. He previously served with churches in Nevada, Texas, and California and is passionate about experiencing and sharing God’s relentless love and grace together in worship. JD, his wife Celeste, and their son, Colin, live in Pawleys Island.

David joined the staff in 2013. He has served in pastoral ministry for over thirty years. David is passionate to see lives changed through relationship with Jesus Christ. He enjoys golf, tennis, working out, and time with family. He has been married to his wife, Debbie for 45 years. They have two married sons, a daughter, and five grandchildren.

Penny joined the staff in January of 2020. She began attending PICC with husband Brent and twin children Caleb and Calee in 2003 after moving here from West Virginia. Penny is passionate about serving her church family and community.

Mike began attending PICC in 1996 and joined the staff in January 2009. Mike & Mary have five children Ryan (Whitney), Elizabeth (Chris), Micah (Sami), Bryan and Jordan (Courtney). Mike enjoys spending time with his grandchildren Gideon, Caroline, Jackson, Oliver, and Luke. He is passionate about serving in Pawleys Island.

Marcia joined the staff in 2010 and blesses both the PICC and PICA financial team. She lives in Georgetown with her husband John. They have three children: Rachel, Jonathan and Kaitlyn, who all attended Pawleys Island Christian Academy.

PICC has been Keith’s home church since childhood. He is honored to serve the Junior & Senior High students and is excited about teaching God’s word. His focus is helping youth recognize ministry opportunities, using their gifts to serve their family, friends and community. Keith and his wife Devon, along with their 4 children, love the beach, warm weather, and especially surfing.

Chelsea joined the staff November 2022. She has taught preschool at PICA and volunteered in our children’s ministries programs for years. She lives in Pawleys Island with husband Justin and their four children, Tanner, Mason, Ella Kate and Blakely. She is passionate about teaching kids about Jesus, and helping them grow in their personal relationships with Him.

Kim joined the staff in January 2024. She lives in Pawleys Island with her husband, Brad, and two children. From a young age, she has enjoyed serving and ministering to kids though teaching Sunday school, Vacation Bible schools, and mission trips. Kim is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with children here in our community.

Sondra joined our staff in January 2024. She loves being the first touch for little ones in the nursery & their parents. She sees it as an opportunity to build trust with families and to walk with them in their journey with Jesus. Sondra taught middle school at Christian schools in MA for 17 years as she & her husband, Mike built their own family. Their 2 children are now married & living in SC. Stephanie & Corbett attend PICC as well and have blessed her with her most favorite role yet, Grandma.

Val was born in Wheeling, WV, met his wife Auddie at Bethany College 52 years ago and have been married for 48 years. Val has a daughter, 2 sons, and 9 grandchildren, and they are all awesome!  Val visited our church for the first time in the summer of 1989 and have loved it ever since. “Being a part of this incredible church is truly a gift from God and the staff, volunteers, fellow Christians, and school children are an amazing blessing.” - Val

Bruce and his wife Beth have five children and four grandchildren. He enjoys playing golf and watching football. But mostly, he's grateful for the opportunity to use his gifts to benefit God's kingdom and his church.

Mo has been a part of PICC since his day one, and became a staff member in May 2024. He enjoys riding his e-bike, photography, video games, hiking, music, and fishing.
